Your hosting dashboard and Plesk login
Find your web hosting dashboard, open Plesk with single sign-on, change the hosting password and learn what each dashboard tab (Mail, Databases, WordPress, DNS) is for.
Everything about your web hosting is managed from the hosting dashboard in the ThunderHosting customer area. From there you can also open the Plesk control panel without a separate password.
Open the hosting dashboard
- Sign in at beta-manager.thunderhosting.com.
- Open the organization that owns the hosting.
- Go to Web Hosting and click Manage next to your hosting.
Log in to Plesk
On the Overview tab, click Open Plesk (SSO). Plesk opens in a new tab and you are logged in automatically. You do not need to know a Plesk password for this. Quick links on the same tab open the File Manager, Webmail, phpMyAdmin and, if available, the Backup Manager directly.
Use Change password to set a new control panel password for your hosting. This password belongs to the main system user of your webspace, which is also used for file access.
What the Overview shows
- Domain: the main domain of the hosting, with the Change main domain button.
- Status: for example ACTIVE or SUSPENDED.
- Server: the server your hosting runs on (for example wlugpr1 in Lugano).
- Usage: current resource usage. Click Refresh usage to update it.
- Plan: your current plan with the Change plan button.
- Site preview: a preview of your website.
Labels next to the domain show the DNS state: Setup needed (DNS still has to be configured), Awaiting DNS propagation, DNS propagation pending or DNS live.
