The free plan: confirming and reactivating
How the free app plan works: verification, confirming every 90 days, pausing and reactivating.
The free plan gives you 128 MB RAM and an HTTPS address. It stays free as long as you use it. There is one free plan per account and per person.
Verification
When you order, save a card or a PayPal account. It is never charged for the free plan; it is only used if you upgrade. While a free plan is active, the last payment method can't be removed.
Confirming every 90 days
Every 90 days we email you a link: one click confirms that you still use the app. Reminders arrive 14 and 3 days before the date. You can also confirm in Dash: the app and your services list show a Confirm now button.
Paused when not confirmed
If you do not confirm in time, the app is paused: its address shows "This app is paused", and the console and files stay locked. Open the app in Dash and click Confirm and reactivate: it starts again right away.
Deletion
An app that stays paused for 30 days is deleted together with its files. We send a warning 7 days before. Deleted apps can't be restored.

Want it to run without confirmations? Change to a paid plan on the Plan tab; your saved payment method is charged from then on.
